矿山地热能沼气池加温系统试验研究

摘    要:为了寻求经济节能的沼气池加温热源,分析常规沼气池加温方式,提出一种利用矿山开采时出现的地热能作为沼气池加温热源的方法,自行设计地热能沼气池加温试验系统,以矿井地热水作为热源,对沼气池内料液进行加温实验。实验结果表明:加温后沼气池料液温度可维持在中温发酵温度,产气量有明显提升,与其他加温方式相比,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract: In order to find out the heating heat source of economic and saving energy for digester, the digester conventional heating method was analyzed. A new method of heating digester by geothermal energy from mine was proposed. The digester heating test system was designed using mine geothermal water as heating source. The results show that digester liquid temperature can be kept at fermentation temperature through heating, and gas production increases significantly. Compared with other heating methods, the new method has economic and environmental benefit.
