PdCuSi非晶合金晶化过程的相变及电子结构的研究

摘 要:报道了用DTA和X射线衍射综合技术研究PD-Cu-Si非晶合金体系晶化全过程中的相变观测结果,实验表明,在结晶过程中亚稳态向稳定态转变与前人报道的有明显不同。用XPS技术观测了N-Cu-Si非晶合金体系的诸原子的电子结构变化,表明Cu,Si原子对该体系的晶化相变过程有重要影响。
Abstract: The results in the whole crystamzation process of the all phase transition in Pd-Cu-Si system amorphous alloy are reported by DTA and X-ray diffraction,Experiments show that the results are obviously different from the previous works on the process of the phase tran-sition from the substeady state to steady state.The electronic structure of Pd,Cu,Si atoms has been measured by XPS.Experiments indicate that copper and silicium have an important effect on the crystallization process of amorphous alloy Pd-Cu-Si system.
