摘    要:以活性炭为导电粒子,修饰电极为工作电极,负载型金属氧化物-Al2O3为催化剂制备新型电-多相催化体系,考察电极组合、催化剂种类及用量、槽电压、H2O2投加量、pH和染料初始浓度对阳离子红去除率的影响,分析阳离子红浓度、COD及体系紫外-可见吸收光谱图的变化,初步探讨体系的反应动力学特征及机理特征。研究结果表明,传统三维电极和H2O2/V2O5-Al2O3的结合具有良好的协同作用,二者构成的新型电-多相催化体系的最佳工艺条件为:pH=7.0,Ti/TiO2为阳极,Ti为阴极,V2O5-Al2O3催化剂0.8 g/L,槽电压20 V,H2O2 1.98 g/L。在此条件下,50 mg/L阳离子红溶液降解40 min,去除率达98.0%,CODCr去除率为89.7%,COD和阳离子红的去除符合一级反应动力学。间接氧化、直接氧化和活性组分V多相催化氧化的共同作用强化了该体系阳离子红和COD的去除效果。

Abstract: Electro-heterogeneous catalytic system was constructed using activated carbon as electric particle, modified electrode as working electrode, and Al2O3 loaded metallic oxide as catalyst. The effects of electrode, catalyst, cell voltage, amount of catalyst, H2O2, pH, initial dye concentration on the treatment of cationic red GTL were investigated. The changes of GTL concentration, COD and UV-vis adsorption spectra during electro-heterogeneous catalytic process were determined, and the mechanism and kinetics of reaction system were discussed. The results show that three-dimensional electrode and H2O2 /V2O5-Al2O3 have synergistic effect, and the optimum reaction condition is obtained as follows: pH=7.0, Ti/TiO2 electrode as anode and Ti electrode as cathode, 0.8 g/L of V2O5/Al2O3, voltage of 20 V, 1.98 g/L of H2O2. Under this condition, the removal ratio of cationic red GTL and CODcr can reach 98.0% and 89.7%, respectively, and the degradations of GTL and CODcr follow the first kinetics law. The synergism of direct oxidation, indirect oxidation and V heterogeneous catalytic oxidation reinforce the treatment of GTL and CODcr.

Cationic red GTL dye wastewater treatment using new electro-heterogeneous catalytic system
