改性活性污泥高效处理高浓度硫酸盐废水

摘    要:对城市生活污水厂的好氧活性污泥进行厌氧改性,利用改性后的厌氧污泥对高浓度硫酸盐废水进行处理;考察不同有机碳源、体系初始pH值、接种污泥质量、起始硫酸根质量浓度、初始ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)、亚铁离子及通N2方式等因素对厌氧污泥还原硫酸根能力的影响。间歇式试验结果表明:在以乳酸钠为有机碳源, pH值为7,接种污泥质量为20 g,初始硫酸根质量浓度为3 g/L,ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)为1.45,不加亚铁离子及通入N2的条件下,硫酸根的去除率最高;在间歇式试验最优条件进行半连续试验,硫酸根去除率均大于90%,表明在ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-)较低的条件下,能快速启动反应器,高效处理高浓度硫酸盐废水。

Abstract: The activated sludge from sewage plant was modified anaerobically to treat a high concentration sulfate-containing wastewater. The various factors affecting the removal of sulfate were investigated, including different carbon sources, initial pH value, amount of sludge inoculum, initialρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-), ferrous ion and blast of nitrogen. The optimum conditions are obtained, i.e. using sodium lactate as organic carbon source, initial pH value of 7, 3 g/L sulfate, ρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-) of 1.45, ferrous ion free and blasting N2. The semi-continuous experiment was carried out. The results indicate that the sulfate removal rate reaches above 90% under the above mentioned conditions. And also the sludge can be activated quickly to remove high concentration sulfate at lowρ(COD)/ρ(SO42-).
