杂质在制备胶态五氧化二锑过程中的行为

摘    要：在胶态五氧化二锑制备工艺研究的基础上,就制备过程的不同阶段杂质元素对产物的稳定性和产出率的影响进行了研究。结果表明,某些少量杂质离子在溶液中的存在可以在一定程度上促进制胶过程。此外,制胶前溶液中的杂质离子与制胶后溶胶中杂质离子对胶团的影响方式是不同的,前者的聚沉浓度相当高,而后者的则很低。

Abstract: Based on the process research of making colloide Sb₂O₅,this paper studied the effect of impurity ions existing in different stages of the process on the productive rate and he stabili-ty of colloide Sb₂O₅ product.Experimental results show that in different steps of his pro-cess,the impurity ion acts in different ways,and therefore,has different effect on the ak-ing of colloid Sb₂O₅.
