加入Ce和Ca对AZ91D镁合金起燃温度的影响

摘    要:镁合金在熔炼及压铸过程中易发生氧化燃烧。在众多的阻燃方法中, 以合金化阻燃方法的效果最为明显。 研究了Ce和Ca同时加入时镁合金起燃温度的变化, 利用光学显微镜观察了镁合金的金相组织,用X射线衍射分析了表面氧化膜的组成结构。结果表明: Ce和Ca联合加入的阻燃效果较单一加入时的好, 镁合金的阻燃温度最高可达950℃以上。

Abstract: Magnesium is easy to oxidize or even burn during melting or die-casting. Among all the ways of ignition proof of magnesium, the alloying is the most effective. The variation of burning temperature caused by the addition of Ce and Ca was discussed, the microstructure of the alloys was observed by microscope, and the structures of the surface oxide films were analysed by XRD. The results show that, the effect of the combined addition of Ce and Ca is better than that of single addition; the ignition proof temperature can rise to over 950℃
