制酸废催化剂回收钒

摘 要:用硫酸浸出-P204萃取工艺从制酸废催化剂中回收钒。结果表明,在浸出条件为硫酸浓度50g/L,液固比2∶1,时间30min时,钒的浸出率可达95%。浸出液经过P204萃取,饱和NaHCO3溶液反萃,反萃液净化,铵盐沉钒,偏钒酸铵热分解后得到了合格的V2O5。
Abstract: Vanadium is recovered from spent acid-making catalyst through the process of sulphuric acid leaching-P204 extraction.The experiment results show that leaching rate of vanadium can reach to 95% with the leaching conditions of sulphuric acid concentration of 50g/L,liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1,30min.Qualified V2O5 is obtained after the process of P204 extraction,saturated NaHCO3 solution stripping,stripping solution purification,vanadium precipitation by ammonium salt,and ammonium metavanadate thermal decomposition.
