摘 要:在不同条件下,研究了在浓碱硅酸钠溶液中水合硅酸钙形成的规律.碱浓度越低越有利于形成水合硅酸钙,高浓度碱液中需高温才能形成水合硅酸钙,硅浓度和搅拌强度的提高能促进水合硅酸钙的形成,并分析了在含硅铝酸钠溶液中伴有其它含硅化合物形成的原因.这为含硅铝酸钠溶液中硅、铝分离提供了依据.
Abstract: This paper studies the formation law of hydrate calcium silicate in the strong caustic solution. It is easier to form hydrate calcium silicate in the weaker caustic solution at low temperature.To form hydrate calcium silicate in the strong caustic solution, high temperature is necessary.The increase of concentration of SiO2 and the rise of stir intensity can lead to the increase of the reaction speed. The reason for formation of other silicides in the aluminate solution containing silicate is presented.
