双悬臂深梁应力光弹性研究的精度分析

摘 要:对双悬臂深梁─—桥墩顶帽的应力光弹性试验中的模型冻结、模型粘结、模型加载、泊松比以及应力条纹对应力场的影响作了定量或定性分析,结果表明:模型冻结过程的内外温差、杠杆式加载装置大于7时的粘结材料弹模比,对应力场影响不大,但材料的泊松比、应力条纹值对应力场有较大的影响.
Abstract: The affecting model blocking, model binding, model loading, the Poisson ratio and stress stripe on stress field in the stress photoelastic experiment of deep double cantilever beam─the tophat of bridge pier have been quantitatively or qualitatively analysed. Results show that the inside and outside temperature difference in the model blocking process, the lever-type loading device and the elastic modulus ratio of binding material (>7) have little influence on stress field, but the Poisson ratio of material and the value of stress stripe have bigger influence on positive stress.
