添加剂在冷轧工艺润滑剂中作用的研究

摘    要：脂肪酸、脂肪醇和脂肪酸酯都是铝板、铝箔冷轧工艺润滑剂常用的油性添加剂。为此本文对它们的作用机理和作用效果进行了探讨和分析。其中,涉及到添加剂种类及含量与粘度、油膜强度、变形区摩擦系数及轧后产品表面光亮度的关系。这对指导现场生产中正确选用添加剂是非常有益的。

Abstract: The fatty acids,fatty alcohols and esters of fatty acids are the usualadditives in ubricants for cold rolling aluminum strip and foil.This papertherefore studies the effects of he type and the content of additives on viscosi-ty,oil film strength,cofficient of friction nd he reflectivity of the rolledsurface.It is very significant in the correct usage of additives n rolling produ-ction.
