锌焙砂中浸渣氧压酸浸新工艺探讨

摘 要:锌焙砂一般采用中性—低酸—高酸三段浸出工序,该工艺在酸浸出中浸渣的过程中,铁也大量浸出进入到溶液中,增加了后续除铁的难度。本文探讨了氧压酸浸与传统湿法炼锌相结合的工艺的可行性,提出了锌焙砂中浸渣一段氧压浸出和两段氧压浸出新工艺。
Abstract: Generally,zinc calcine general adopts neuter-low acid-high acid three segments in leaching process.Iron would be leaching into the solution in the process of acid leaching which would increase the difficulty of removing iron.This paper discusses the feasibility of the residues from the neutral leaching by oxidic-acidic pressure leaching process,and propose a new technology of one oxidizing pressure and two oxidizing pressure leaching process.
