One Improved Electroless Composite Plating Technique

摘 要:The principium of Ni-PTFE electroless composite plating technique has been discussed and a new technique has been presented with improved compounding formula and optimized work condition, its technique parameters and reagents have been filtrated. This new technique has overcome the shortage of traditional Ni-PTFE electroless composite plating techniques. The thickness, stability and mechanics performance of plating layer have been improved obviously.
